What runs on it
Six things your school does every day, and the screens that do them.
Student management
One file per child — admission number, class and section, guardians with a primary contact, and their attendance and fee history on the same page.
See how it worksFee management
Cash, cheque, demand draft, UPI, card, bank transfer or a Razorpay reference — whichever way a parent actually paid, your office records it once and a numbered receipt comes back. Fee structures and discounts included.
See how it worksAttendance
Mark a whole section in one screen with present, absent, late or half day, and the parent reads that same record in the app. Fingerprint terminals push staff punches into a live feed.
See how it worksExam management
Exams, date sheets, rooms and seat allocation, then bulk marks entry. Percentages, A1–E grade bands and an on-screen report card come out the other end.
See how it worksCommunication
A school notice board with four priority levels and attachments, read in the parent app. Homework a teacher sets reaches the app the same way. Nothing is emailed or pushed — that is on the roadmap, not shipped.
See how it worksWebsite builder
Your school's public site on its own inter-college.com address, edited by your own office — pages built from blocks, plus gallery, notices, events, achievements, blog, downloads and careers.

Everything, not the highlights
21 modules. If your school does it, it is already in here.
This is the whole product, not a shortlist. Schools usually start with fees and attendance, then find the stores ledger, the hostel register and the asset file already waiting in the same login — the depth you would expect from an ERP, without the integration project.
Students and admissions
From the first enquiry to the transfer certificate
- AdmissionsEnquiry, application and a decision on every applicant, worked through by your office. There is no application form on your public website.
- StudentsRecords, guardians, documents, classes and sections, held per academic year.
- CertificatesBonafide, transfer, character, migration and more — ten kinds, issued as real PDFs from your own template, each with a code anyone can verify without logging in.
- ID cardsFront-and-back templates sized in millimetres, with batches raised per class. Producing the printable card itself is still to come.
Teaching and exams
The academic year, as it is actually planned
- AcademicsTimetable, subjects and teacher allocation, assignments, and homework a teacher sets and a parent reads in the app.
- ExamsExams, date sheets, rooms and seat allocation, bulk marks entry, and a report card assembled on screen. No PDF export.
- Academic calendarTerms, holidays and events in one calendar with a month view, and a link your staff can subscribe to from Google Calendar or Outlook.
People and attendance
Who came in, and what they are owed
- AttendanceDaily marking per section with present, absent, late or half day, a percentage computed per student, and leave applications raised by a parent or student from the app.
- BiometricFingerprint terminals push punches to the portal as they happen, with per-device tokens, heartbeat and staff enrolment. Staff only — there is no student enrolment.
- Staff and HRDepartments, staff records, subjects, teacher-subject allocation and staff attendance.
- PayrollSalary structures, a monthly payroll run built from staff attendance, payslips on screen, and loans or advances tracked against them.
Money
Everything with a number against it
- FeesFee heads, per-class structures, discounts and payments, with a numbered receipt for every collection your office records.
- Inventory and procurementSuppliers, warehouses, items, reorder alerts and a stock ledger. Purchase orders can be raised and placed; goods receipts and issue vouchers are not in the portal yet.
- Fixed assetsAn asset register with straight-line or written-down depreciation you post for a month on demand, plus maintenance logs.
Facilities
The buildings, the buses and the beds
- LibraryCategories, book catalogue and issue records, with the overdue fine worked out on return.
- TransportVehicles, routes, stops and student assignments, with driver contact on the route. No live vehicle tracking.
- HostelHostels, blocks, rooms and beds, allocation down to the bed, hostel fee invoices and leave passes.
Communication and insight
What leaves the school, and what management sees
- CommunicationA notice board with four priority levels and attachments, read in the parent app, plus homework a teacher sets. Nothing is emailed, texted or pushed.
- Parents and mobile appParent-student links with their own permissions, consent forms recorded by your office, and an Android and iOS app installed from a link rather than an app store.
- Website builderYour school's own public site, built from blocks and edited by your office — gallery, notices, events, blog and downloads. One design, not a template gallery.
- AnalyticsSchool, fee, attendance and academic figures, recomputed on demand. Read on screen — there is no export.
Every module above ships today and shares one set of students, staff and academic years — nothing here is a separate purchase or a separate login. See what is in each plan.
A closer look
The rest of the school, not just the front office.
Most school software stops at fees and attendance. These are the modules your staff open in week three, once the obvious things are already running.
Examinations
From the date sheet to the grade sheet.
Create the exam, publish the date sheet, allocate rooms and seats, then enter marks subject by subject in one bulk screen. Percentages and grade bands are computed for you, and each child's report card is assembled from them on screen.
- Unit Test, Mid Term, Final, Practical, Internal
- Rooms and seat allocation
- Bulk marks entry per subject
- One A1–E grade scale, no PDF export
| Subject | Max | Obtained | Grade |
|---|---|---|---|
| Mathematics | 100 | 92 | A1 |
| Science | 100 | 84 | A2 |
| English | 100 | 76 | B1 |
| History | 100 | 71 | B1 |
| Geography | 100 | 88 | A2 |
Certificates and ID cards
The counter requests, printed while the parent waits.
Bonafide, transfer, character, study, migration — rendered to real PDFs from your own template, each carrying a code anyone can check without logging in. ID card templates and batches are set up the same way, though producing the printable card is still to come.
- Ten certificate kinds from your templates
- Public verification code on every certificate
- Draft, issued and revoked states
- ID card batches tracked, printing not built yet

Staff, payroll and biometric
The staff register, and the salary that follows from it.
Fingerprint terminals at the gate push punches into the portal as they happen, each device authenticating with its own token, so there is a live record instead of a signature book. Salary structures, monthly payroll runs and payslips sit alongside staff attendance.
- Any terminal that can POST a punch to a URL
- Live punch feed with device heartbeat
- Salary structures and monthly runs
- Payslips on screen, not as PDFs

ZKTeco and eSSL terminals push straight to the portal — no exports, no middleware.
Stores, assets and hostel
The parts of a school that behave like a business.
A school buys, stores, issues and writes off like any other organisation. So the store ledger is here too: suppliers, items and stock with reorder alerts, purchase orders raised and placed, an asset register you post a month of depreciation on, and a hostel with beds, invoices and leave passes.
- Suppliers, items, reorder alerts, stock ledger
- Purchase orders raised and placed
- Depreciation posted a month at a time
- Hostel beds, invoices and leave passes

The parent app
The questions your office answers all morning, answered on the parent's phone.
Was he present today? How much is left to pay? What was the homework? Parents stop calling the office because the answer is already in their hand — read from the same records your staff keep, each time the app is opened.
- Today's attendancePresent, absent, late or half day — with the month's record and the percentage, so nobody has to ring the office.
- Dues and receiptsEvery fee head with its due date, and every past receipt with its number, mode and amount.
- Homework as it was setSubject, due date and the teacher's own description, read on the Academics tab.
- Notices from the schoolThe same notices you post from the portal, marked urgent, high, normal or low. Read when the app is opened — nothing is pushed.
- Leave applicationsA parent raises a leave request from the phone and can follow whether it is pending, approved or rejected.
- All their children, one loginTwo children in different classes? One account, a child switcher at the top of every screen.
Parents find your school by scanning its QR code or typing its school code — then sign in with the account you created for them. Android and iOS, installed from a link we give you; the app is not in the app stores yet.
Early access
We are onboarding our first schools now.
Every module on this page runs today, and the demo above is drawn from the real portal rather than invented for a slide. Parts of it are also unfinished, and each feature page names which parts. What we do not have yet is a wall of customer logos — so we are taking a small founding group of schools instead, and giving them terms we can only offer once.
Founding pricing
Set once with you and held for as long as you stay on the platform.
The team, directly
You talk to the people who write the software, not a ticket queue.
A say in what comes next
What your office needs is what gets built next. Early schools set that order.
Fifteen days, no card
Sign up and your school's portal is created immediately. Nothing to cancel.
Before you ask
The questions trustees ask first.
If yours is not here, write to us — a person answers.
None yet — we are onboarding our first. The software is finished and running, but the customer list is not, and we would rather tell you that than invent one. Everything shown on this page is the working product; on a call we will drive the live system rather than a slide deck.
Admissions season does not wait
Start with one class. Keep the rest on paper until you are ready.
Open a trial today, put a single section and its fees into it, and see what your office says by Friday. We will help you bring the rest across.
